1.    Firstly, turn off the mobile by using the Power key
2. After that hold down Volume Up and Power buttons together for a short while
3. Release all keys when you see the QMOBILE logo.
4. Let go of Volume Up when Recovery Mode appears
5. Now select "wipe data/factory reset".
